Responsibilities
Demonstrated hands-on experience with LANSA in a large-scale, enterprise environment
Strong expertise supporting, maintaining, and enhancing mainframe applications, including batch processing, online transactions, and production support
Ability to analyze existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions with minimal business disruption
Experience working in regulated or high-availability environments with a focus on stability, performance, and risk mitigation
Familiarity with the ACBS application, particularly within banking or financial services platforms
Working knowledge of Java, including the ability to read, debug, and collaborate on Java-based applications or integrations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Exposure to modern development practices, including documentation standards, change management, and version control
