Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements related to document generation formatting and lifecycle management
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams
Conduct interviews and process mapping sessions to generate requirements
Participate in workshops and serve as SME to foster understanding of document workflows
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, technical specifications and system configurations
Research current functionality including interrogation of existing code when necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems
Experience in eliciting and documenting stakeholder needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Facilitation and documentation skills
Problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to influence and lead oneself and others
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories

Experience in a regulated industry with compliance-driven document requirements (i.e. insurance, healthcare, finance)
Prior experience with a Document Generating System
Prior development experience
Knowledge of document version control
Knowledge of records retention policies
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Modern Requirements
