Confidential is a rapidly growing complex commercial litigation boutique law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney. This role involves mentoring junior attorneys, managing complex litigation, and contributing to the firm's expansion while maintaining a commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Lead complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

Appear at hearings, depositions, and municipal quasi-judicial hearings

Research, draft and argue dispositive motions

Manage multiple case deadlines with zero tolerance for error

Interface directly with clients

Mentor and develop 2-3 junior associates

Review and provide substantive feedback on work product

Create training protocols for complex litigation issues

Model excellence standards while maintaining sustainable practices

Build collaborative relationships across the team

Leverage existing relationships to generate new matters

Participate in client pitches and proposals

Attend industry events and build referral networks

Contribute to firm's reputation as a Class-A complex litigation practice
