Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Finance Leader for the organization, overseeing all financial operations and reporting
Lead and mentor finance teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with technology teams to integrate financial systems and optimize processes
Drive ERP system implementation and enhancements to support business growth
Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and provide actionable insights for leadership
Partner with manufacturing leadership to align financial strategies with operational objectives
Act as a strategic Finance Leader in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Finance Leader in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in leading both finance and technology teams
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial process optimization
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, or related field)
