Responsibilities

Utilize company-provided leads to source, originate, and close investment property loans
Build and manage relationships with real estate investors, brokers, & referral partners
Price loan scenarios and customize financing solutions based on investor strategy & property type
Work within our best-in-class CRM and tech to streamline processes & scale up your business
Attend once-weekly brief company meetings to stay informed on market trends and loan products to guide clients with clarity and insight
Provide outstanding customer experiences, maintain client relationships and bring your own repeat & referral business

Qualification

Required

2-3 years of professional consultative sales experience
Solution-focused, strong work ethic and attention to detail
Knowledge of real estate investment strategies, creative financing options and lending processes
Comfortability cold-calling and building relationships over the phone
Strong computer skills and competency using a CRM
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a relationship-first mindset
Intermediate mathematical competency
Efficient laptop with ≤ 16GB+ RAM and an additional monitor

Preferred

3-5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a similar role
Pre-existing book of business ($10-20M+/year) in the real estate investment and/or hard money lending space
Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of autonomy
