Responsibilities
Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs over rough terrain
Able to work overtime and travel when needed
Able to work in an outside environment in all seasons and temperatures
Good basic math skills are a must
Able to manage and delegate tasks up to 2 additional crew members as well as capable of working alone
Good communication skills
Familiar with working with site superintendents regularly on construction projects
Able to send, receive and manipulate electronic survey data files via laptop and data collector
Qualification

Level of degree required with field of study. High School or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of professional experience
3 years' experience with Construction layout
3 years Boundary, Topographic Survey experience
Robotic Total Stations
RTK GPS experience
Able to read and interpret legal descriptions and survey plats and calculate points from them
Ability to travel 60% of the time
Preferred
FAA 107 Drone license preferred, but not required
