Account Executive
Lido is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps operations and finance teams automatically extract data from various sources into spreadsheets. They are seeking an Account Executive who will own the sales cycle, work with warm leads, and directly influence the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
Run tight, value-driven demos for operations and finance leaders
Qualify prospects quickly and accurately
Close deals with clear timelines and next steps
Maintain a clean pipeline and forecast
Provide direct feedback to product and leadership based on customer conversations
Help define early sales processes, messaging, and playbooks
Qualification
Required
Consultative and empathetic selling style; emotionally intelligent communicator
1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
SDRs who are ready to close or AEs who want more ownership
Comfortable running calls without heavy scripts
Strong business judgment and curiosity
Bias toward action and accountability
Excited about working in person
Preferred
Experience selling to operations, finance, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar industries is a plus
