Responsibilities
Perform detailed circuit engineering for network circuit augments and migrations
Develop specifications for installation and grooming of circuits
Coordinate with Network Planning and Local Operations for successful, non-disruptive migrations
Obtain management approvals, issue circuit orders, track events in KIRKE, and create designs/diagrams
Ensure work meets engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards
Maintain and update central network inventory database for new builds, adds, and decommissions
Qualification
Required
Perform detailed circuit engineering for network circuit augments and migrations
Develop specifications for installation and grooming of circuits
Coordinate with Network Planning and Local Operations for successful, non-disruptive migrations
Obtain management approvals, issue circuit orders, track events in KIRKE, and create designs/diagrams
Ensure work meets engineering, financial, planning, and operational standards
Maintain and update central network inventory database for new builds, adds, and decommissions
Circuit engineering/order creation: PCOMS, BGW, COMS, SNM, CCP
Submitting RMODs for circuit verification and tracking events in KIRKE
Experience with EASR & LEC order interfaces
Knowledge of Maintenance Tracker and Canvas applications
7–10 years
Preferred
Network topology knowledge
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
