Responsibilities
Assist customers with the implementation of product configuration and CPQ solutions
Support and enhance existing customer solutions, including upgrades
Collaborate with internal teams to design and build product configuration solutions
Develop business and technical rules for clients’ configurable products
Lead and deliver application training and workshops for customers
Coordinate project tasks, objectives, and priorities with project management
Provide responsive, professional communication to customer inquiries and project requests
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or master's degree in an analytical field such as MIS, Computer Science, logistics, or equivalent professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable delivering customer-facing training and presentations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, consulting environment
Ability to travel up to 25% per month for domestic customer engagements
Preferred
CPQ knowledge or experience is a strong plus
