Responsibilities
Complete core aspects of NAV processing, including transactions, capital stock activity, expenses, corporate actions, and cash
Identify, research, and resolve daily breaks and discrepancies
Monitor daily production, manage assigned volume, and ensure all outputs meet quality and timeliness standards
Assist with daily reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Serve as the primary contact for derivative valuation inquiries
Verify information and escalate problem items when necessary
Follow up on open inquiries and assist with issue resolution
Communicate professionally with internal teams and other departments to resolve issues while minimizing risk
Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and ensure accurate accounting outcomes
Contribute to management reporting, including Clarity updates, PVCs, past dues, cash breaks, and R&A analysis
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to division-wide efficiency enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to work U.S. holidays and overtime as required
