Responsibilities
Use of consultative sales techniques in identifying new opportunities and presenting solutions to customers and prospects
Increase revenues and average order size through rapport building, cross-selling, upselling, and consultive customer support
Utilize a CRM system to monitor account activity and manage prospects
Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers
Qualification
Required
Entry-level position, no prior experience required
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task when needed in order to achieve desired results
Intermediate computer skills, experience with MS Office programs, email, internet portals, and other web presentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
