The role involves planning and executing IT deployments, providing technical support, and leading IT projects to ensure operational readiness across locations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute deployment plans for IT projects and in-field support

Install and configure POS, network devices, and peripherals

Serve as liaison between the operations team, maintenance team, and vendors

Provide technical documentation and post-deployment support

Serve as an escalation path for advanced troubleshooting and repair supporting the IT Support team and participate in the IT Support call queue when not in the field

Service all IT systems; all POS Hardware/Software, Network infrastructure, Tunnel Controllers, Ground Loops, Cameras, Phones, Wireless, etc

Provide training for the IT team and Operations team as needed

Serve as in-field tech support for IT Support team requiring advanced support or when unable to collaborate with the Maintenance team or Operations team for resolution

Respond to wash down and equipment failures when requiring in-field support

Lead system upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts

Document task completion and work orders as assigned
