The Organics Prep Technician will perform extractions using various EPA methods and wash glassware for the organic prep department, ensuring safe working conditions and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare samples for analysis using various EPA Methods in accordance with ASL standard operating procedures

Responsible to safely and properly wash scientific glassware

Recognize and maintain safe working conditions. Use appropriate safety equipment

Maintain a clean, orderly work environment

Other duties as assigned

Dexterity in hands and fingers to handle glassware

Must have average vision and able to see to read labels

Preferred

Additional education or experience working in a laboratory setting preferred
