Responsibilities

Lead investigation efforts for repairs and ensure that the team understands the state of return, and the path to repair for our customer and end user alike

Ensure that the team is compliant to specifications and manufacturing practices, and aides the team through inspection of workmanship in order to maintain high quality

Physically analyze units, technically understand specifications and drawings, have a base understanding of electrical and mechanical assemblies, and be able to communicate all of these items out to technical and non-technical teams

Qualification

Engineering drawings interpretationTechnical comprehension of electrical componentsExperience using ERP systemsManufacturing environment experienceClear communicationDecision makingPresentation skills

Required

High School diploma or GED

Experience in a manufacturing environment directly supporting product and processes

Experience reading, comprehending, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

Preferred

2-4 year engineering degree

Technical comprehension of electrical components

Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP

Capable of reading and writing quality policies

Willingness to make difficult decisions

Comfortable presenting technical information to variety of people
