Responsibilities
Full lifecycle PO management from creation through delivery
Pricing, lead time, and shipment tracking with high attention to detail
Supplier coordination to improve delivery performance and lead times
Partnership with AP on invoice discrepancies and payment issues
Internal communication around delays, risks, and client impact
Support of cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience in order management, purchasing, or supply chain
Ability to manage the end-to-end factory purchase order process
High attention to detail in pricing, lead time, and shipment tracking
Experience in supplier coordination to improve delivery performance and lead times
Ability to partner with accounts payable on invoice discrepancies and payment issues
Strong internal communication skills regarding delays, risks, and client impact
Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
