Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts to establish a centralized program governance structure and processes, including maintaining project plans, notes, and coordinating meetings

Understand strategic REWS related changes being driven by or for the business and develop a plan to execute against it

Lead and manage REWS related programs by partnering across the organization

Cross collaboration across multiple pillars to drive solutions, manage expectations, and identify risks

Develop communication materials (slides, documents, etc.) to engage leaders within REWS and product areas

Required

A Bachelor's degree in related fields - Real Estate, project management, communication, change management

Proficiency with Google enterprise tools is a must and project management tools are expected

Key skills include organization and planning, strategic thinking, strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving abilities with proven ability to deliver on time
