Demonstrate leadership and business development skills
Implement marketing strategies to identify and build the agency with new clientele
Establish and develop customer relationships, and actively follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Become proficient with products, services, and systems
Contribute to success by bringing in new business, cross-selling, and promoting new initiatives
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Qualification
Required
Current Property & Casualty and Life Insurance license or willing to obtain
Ability to obtain Series 6 & 63
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Able to collaborate in a team environment to ensure seamless customer experience
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Clean background
Preferred
1 year sales experience or client-facing background preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish/Chinese/Korean speaking) a plus
