Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors entering the lobby or contacting the Association
Maintain a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies, procedures, amenities, and surrounding area in order to effectively assist residents and their guests
Assist with Door Host and Valet coverage as needed
Cross-train across front desk, door host, and valet operations
Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
At least 1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience
Must be willing to valet and be cross-trained in all front-of-house functions
Valid California Driver's License required
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Upbeat, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong judgment with a solutions-oriented mindset
Proactive approach to customer service
Preferred
Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
