Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing promotional events, brand activations, and campaigns
Support logistics, vendor coordination, and event setup
Prepare and organize promotional materials and branded swag
Represent the brand at events with professionalism and energy
Help gather content for social media and post-event recaps
Track participation and feedback to improve future initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in marketing, events, or brand promotion
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
Preferred
Internship, volunteer, or campus event experience is a plus — but not required!
