Responsibilities

Processes all incoming and outgoing mail and packages from UPS, DHL, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service

Drive the mail shuttle to other NB Facilities and the Post Office

Deliver daily all inter-office mail and packages within the Lawrence facility

Assist internal customers with tracking any problematic shipments

Process and print monthly DHL and UPS outbound reports

Use scanning devices to properly receive and record where shipments are delivered to

Process international shipments with our DHL system, including creating commercial invoices for Customs

Assist in the upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are clean and in proper working condition. Takes vehicles for service and inspections as needed

Deliver copy paper and stationary supplies to all departments
