Director of Operations
The FMRT Group is a women-owned business that facilitates psychological and medical evaluation services for public safety agencies. They are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee operations, drive key initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the COO to operationalize organizational strategy and priorities
Lead execution of cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Develop, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain clear, timely communication and accountability
Provide operational insight and data-driven recommendations to inform leadership decisions
Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, introducing solutions and process improvements
Oversee vendor and partner coordination as needed to support organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field required
7+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or organizational leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results
Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Trello, Monday.com)
Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability
