Responsibilities
Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy information, billing questions, and basic claims support in a professional and friendly manner
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options or next steps
Support sales efforts through follow-up calls, outreach, and client retention activities
Participate in cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate
Enter and maintain accurate client information, documentation, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Support sales administration tasks, including data entry and client communications
Collaborate with the team on marketing efforts, outreach strategies, and client engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset
Ability to clearly explain options, pricing, and solutions to clients
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, small-office environment
Ability to analyze client information to identify opportunities for additional services
No insurance license required to start
Support provided to obtain a Customer Service (4-40) license
Opportunity to grow into a licensed insurance agent role over time
Preferred
Experience in customer service, retail sales, account management, telemarketing, or consultative sales is a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
