Responsibilities
Manages the development team, daily support of current system integrations and timely delivery of project deliverables
Investigate and propose new technical tools and frameworks to deliver quality products faster
Available for production application deployment and troubleshooting off hours and/or on an on-call basis
Leverages multi-disciplinary expertise to craft inventive technical solutions that fulfill evolving business requirements
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption in HR systems, applying tools like Gemini to deliver innovative technical solutions
Facilitates communication between team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work, or military experience
5 years' experience building integration solutions across HRMS, Payroll and/or Time & Attendance cloud platforms
4+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners and customers with data insights and expertise
Proficient in creating and consuming distributed data services (REST APIs, Messaging Buses) and Web Services development using HTTP, REST
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, business, human resources, or related field
Experience with delivering integration solutions using Dell Boomi across major HR cloud platforms
Strong leadership and proactive communication to coordinate with the project teams and other internal stakeholders
