FTZ Administator
LOGISTEED America, Inc. is a global logistics provider committed to delivering innovative supply chain solutions. They are seeking a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator to manage and oversee all activities related to FTZ operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations and supporting efficient logistics processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ requirements
Maintain and update FTZ procedures, manuals, and records
Coordinate with CBP, brokers, and internal teams for FTZ filings and audits
Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions
Prepare and submit required CBP filings (e.g., e214, CF 216, CF 7512)
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on FTZ procedures
Collaborate with Sales, Freight Forwarding, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
1+ years of experience in FTZ operations, customs compliance, or international logistics
Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures
Experience with FTZ software systems and ERP platforms
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or similar certification
