Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the Travel Allied Division
Identify new markets, service offerings, and expansion opportunities
Set division goals aligned with company revenue, margin, and fill-rate objectives
Partner with marketing and sales to strengthen brand positioning and increase market share
Direct daily operations across recruiting, account management, and credentialing teams
Ensure efficient assignment fulfillment and exceptional experiences for candidates and clients
Implement process improvements, technology solutions, and operational best practices
Track and analyze KPIs such as time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, and retention rates
Lead and develop directors, recruiters, and account managers
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and service excellence
Oversee staffing budgets, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for the division
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients nationwide
Negotiate major contracts while ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards
Partner with clinical and compliance teams to maintain quality and ensure clinician readiness
Manage the division’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations, Joint Commission standards, and internal policies
Improve profitability through effective pricing strategies, margin optimization, and cost management
Qualification
Required
5 years in travel allied or locum tenens operations
7–10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing
Demonstrated success in scaling a staffing division or business unit
Strong knowledge of allied health specialties, licensing processes, and credentialing requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
