Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on OnBase developer in a complex, multi-environment setup
Develop and enhance backend solutions, scripts, and integrations
Work with existing logic across multiple OnBase environments with minimal guidance
Support and contribute to OnBase upgrades , backend configurations, and integrations
Address backlog items and deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with requirements
Clearly communicate technical work and progress to team members and stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Strong OnBase development experience (developer-focused, not admin-heavy)
Backend and scripting expertise
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Server-side and backend configurations
Reading, understanding, and extending existing logic
Experience supporting or executing OnBase upgrades
Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
Comfortable operating in highly regulated environments

Preferred

OnBase Certified API Developer or other Hyland certifications
Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulated enterprise environments
Experience working across multiple OnBase environments simultaneously
Familiarity with complex stakeholder models and differing business rules
