This role involves strategic leadership alongside hands-on design oversight, partnering with executive leadership to enhance both brand presence and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to define and execute marketing strategy
Lead digital marketing efforts including website, SEO, paid media, and social channels
Oversee influencer programs, webinars, video content, and client communications
Manage industry events, trade shows, and virtual experiences
Drive thought leadership through media placements, awards, and publications
Define and execute a cohesive UI/UX strategy across digital products and platforms
Own front-end customer experiences, including web and software interfaces
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality designs
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that scale
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary design team
Promote strong cross-functional collaboration and consistent design standards
Manage internal communications and culture initiatives
Partner with HR on performance management, growth, and recognition

Required

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of UI/UX design experience, including research, prototyping, and usability testing
Experience with modern web and software technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, C#, Java)
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe tools)
Strong visual design, interaction design, and strategic thinking skills
