ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a real estate technology client in Miami, FL. This role involves leading process and technology improvement initiatives, working closely with finance and IT teams to execute finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Identifying, assessing, and leading various process and technology improvement initiatives

Working with other Finance resources and a cross functional team from the broader business and IT during the execution of finance transformation projects

Translating general business requirements into achievable projects

Ensuring changes align to the strategic vision of the Finance function

Required

8+ years' overall experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management

5+ years' experience working with ERP or EPM Applications, ideally with either JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud

Must have Hyperion Essbase

5+ years Lean Sig Sigma experience, Greenbelt highly preferred

Experience working in Finance/Banking Industry

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred

5+ years Lean Sig Sigma experience, Greenbelt highly preferred

Experience in finance, operations, analytics, BI reporting tools, and ERP systems is highly desirable
