Associate Product Engineer

They are seeking an Associate Product Engineer to support existing product designs, manage engineering change requests, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and related documentation
Evaluate technical, timing, and cost implications of design changes
Assess impact of changes on certifications and product listings
Support validation plans and testing activities
Partner with Quality team to investigate and resolve product failures
Assist Project Engineers with prototype development and testing
Maintain project timelines and tasks within the Project Management system
Prepare and organize PDM documentation for ECRs
Update 2D/3D CAD drawings as needed
Collaborate with global engineering and quality teams
Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; or equivalent technical experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel periodically to ITC's Elkhart office
Preferred
Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) preferred
Prior experience in engineering support or product development is a plus
