Responsibilities

Support sales and technical teams during the pre-sales process, including solution design and proposal development
Review client requirements and develop functional system designs that meet project needs and budgets
Prepare system documentation and coordinate with estimating teams for pricing
Collaborate with clients and project teams throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure technical accuracy
Provide post-sales support, including system verification and technical guidance during project execution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging AV technologies and industry best practices
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in audiovisual system design or engineering

Proven experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical support
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Proficiency with standard office and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus)

Preferred

CTS certification preferred
Two-year or higher degree in electronics, engineering, or related field preferred
