Sales Employee
Premium Retail Services partners with brands across the U.S. and Canada to develop winning strategies for in-store and beyond. The Sales Employee will assist customers with their purchasing decisions, promote products, execute sales strategies, and achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualification
Required
Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in retail operations such as product merchandising, in-store display maintenance, and inventory management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Proficiency in learning and understanding product details to make informed recommendations and demonstrate product features
High level of motivation, ability to achieve sales targets, and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Additional certifications or training in sales or customer service are a plus
