Develop Change Strategy: Create and implement a structured change management approach tailored to project objectives and organizational culture
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to secure alignment and sponsorship for change initiatives
Communication Planning: Design and deliver clear, transparent communication plans that articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of change
Training & Enablement: Coordinate training programs and resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for adoption
Resistance Management: Identify potential barriers and develop strategies to address concerns, fostering a positive change experience
Measurement & Reporting: Track progress against change milestones, measure adoption rates, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Support & Reinforcement: Offer coaching, on-site support during go-live phases, and celebrate successes to sustain momentum
Qualification
Required
5+ years in change management, organizational development, or consulting roles
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field; certification in change management preferred
