Research Analyst
VoicedIQ® is a leader in public sector bid intelligence, helping Federal Contractors gain insights to win government contracts. As a Research Analyst, you will analyze high-value Federal contract pursuits, extract information, and summarize research results, directly impacting bid decisions for major clients. This role combines strategic writing with direct communication with government stakeholders to provide critical intelligence.

Responsibilities
Performing analysis, collection, and dissemination of critical capture information with a journalistic approach
Providing BD intelligence to industry C-level executives, BD teams, and service delivery professionals
Advising executive-level decision-makers within the Federal Contracting industry
Participating with team members in delivering time-sensitive intelligence
Interviewing and engaging with high-ranking government officials
Partaking in our mission to provide customized, real-time, and accurate capture intelligence not available elsewhere
The responsibilities listed for the entry-level analyst
Reviewing work in progress throughout the team and providing feedback
Supporting and training other analysts
Providing professional and technical support to the team
Providing additional oversight for certain research areas of the business
Qualification
Required
Must have received a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year Institution, and achieved an overall GPA of at least 3.0
Must have exceptional communication and writing skills, with a typing speed above 40 WPM
Must be comfortable conducting phone calls with high-ranking government personnel
Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees' remote working locations be in the United States Eastern or Central time zones only
At least 2 years experience in a market research, capture intelligence, or business-development-focused role
Experience using business development and market intelligence platforms within federal contracting
Experience with government procurement and contract databases: (SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, FPDS.gov)
Experience with communicating with industry over both phone and email
Knowledge of common Federal Contracting Terminology, Processes, and Policies
To include: The FAR, NAICS Codes, Contract Vehicles, Socio-economic Classifications, Proposal Bid stages, Evaluation Criteria
