Creative Director
OLIVER is the world’s first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. They are seeking a Creative Director to oversee and direct conceptual and design projects, ensuring the quality of ideas and execution from brief to delivery. The role involves managing a creative team, maintaining brand integrity, and delivering excellent client service in a B2B tech environment.

Responsibilities
To creatively direct conceptual designers / graphic designers / art workers, harnessing their development and performance, in a manner that assures maximum efficiency and creativity
To manage, supervise, review and audit the work of designers and art workers to ensure the creative level expected by the client is being met
To work with and support the OLIVER Business Director to deliver excellent client service
To act as brand guardian to ensure all design collateral produced is faithful to the client’s brand guidelines
To effectively organize and prioritize workload, especially around deadline, and have the flexibility to respond to increases in workload/ tight deadlines
To motivate and influence the creative team to constantly strive for excellence in performance
To proactively monitor the quality of design projects being produced by leading internal review sessions and seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders
To oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs, always taking into consideration the clients’ requirements and expectations
To manage, oversee and coordinate the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the team to improve business practices and promote the development of creative ideas and introduce new services
To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service from all team members
To train and mentor staff and oversee their professional development through the setting of SMART objectives and PDPs, offering knowledge, motivation, support and experience as required
With the assistance of Account Lead, ensure all staff members accurately record timesheets
Qualification
Required
Strong, inspirational Creative Lead experience in the B2B tech industry
Ability to creatively direct conceptual designers / graphic designers / art workers
Experience in managing, supervising, reviewing, and auditing the work of designers and art workers
Ability to work with and support the OLIVER Business Director to deliver excellent client service
Experience acting as a brand guardian to ensure design collateral is faithful to client's brand guidelines
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload, especially around deadlines
Experience motivating and influencing the creative team to strive for excellence
Proactive monitoring of the quality of design projects and leading internal review sessions
Ability to oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs considering clients' requirements
Experience managing and coordinating knowledge sharing and learning facilitation within the team
Ability to work actively with all internal and external stakeholders for high-level client service
Experience training and mentoring staff and overseeing their professional development
