Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
Conduct fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and prepare functional documentation (BRDs, MD50s)
Configure HCM modules to meet customer-specific business processes and compliance requirements
Collaborate with technical teams for integration using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher
Manage data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and production cutover activities
Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA) standards
Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM design and configuration
Participate in release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption for quarterly Oracle updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless process integration
Demonstrate commitment to quality delivery and company values in all engagements
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in HCM systems, including at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion HCM
Hands-on experience in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent)
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
Proven expertise in business process design, configuration, and validation
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP Web Services
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable

OIC or Any OCI certifications will make the candidate stronger
Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
Core Oracle HCM Certifications (One of two is must have): Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials Certified or Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional
Module-Specific Implementation Professional Certifications (One of four is must have): Oracle Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle Benefits Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle Compensation Cloud Implementation Professional
