Responsibilities
Spend regular, part-time time in the lab to understand end-to-end workflows, compliance requirements, and operational pain points
Act as the primary liaison between lab operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Translate business needs into clear system requirements and priorities
Own day-to-day coordination of initiatives from intake through delivery
Help sequence work across multiple efforts, balancing priorities, dependencies, and available capacity
Track progress, surface risks early, and ensure follow-through on commitments
Facilitate working sessions, handoffs, and decision-making across stakeholders
Write clear, structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure work items are well-scoped and include sufficient context before development begins
Document critical workflows, business rules, and system behaviors to reduce knowledge gaps
Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders to validate requirements and outcomes
Ensure delivered work meets functional, regulatory, and operational expectations
Support consistent QA and release practices to improve predictability and confidence
Provide business-facing support during key Pacific Time production hours
Help triage issues, gather context, and coordinate resolution
Ensure incidents and requests are logged with sufficient detail for efficient turnaround
Qualification
Required
At least 4-5 years experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, Systems Analyst, or similar hybrid role
Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and drive initiatives to completion
Strong workflow and process documentation skills
Comfort working with technical teams (APIs, data models, integrations) without being a hands-on developer
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate across time zones and coordinate distributed teams
Must be at least 21 years of age
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
