Responsibilities
Draft and refine pleadings, motion papers, and memoranda of law for New York cases, in both Supreme and Federal Court
Assist with judgment enforcement actions and breach of contract litigation
Ensure compliance with New York practice and formatting requirements
Conduct legal research using your own platform or resources
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in New York litigation procedures and document formatting
Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently
Efficiency in workflow and a clear understanding of the benefits of responsibly using AI tools in legal practice
Preferred
Admission to the New York State Bar strongly preferred, open to other state licenses as well
Prior experience with AM Law firms preferred
