Signature Solar LLC is focused on driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst (Planning & Strategy) will be responsible for performance modeling, forecasting, and providing actionable analytics to enhance both short-term performance and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain performance models, forecasts, and business performance dashboards

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes with detailed variance analysis and performance reporting

Analyze trends in revenue, margin, expenses, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

Partner with business units to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial impact

Assist Controller and FP&A with long-range strategic planning, budgeting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis

Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation of reports and analyses

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and models
