Responsibilities

Develop integrated schedule for Ground infrastructure and operations including antenna and hub system development, deployment and operation of our global antenna network
Drive priorities and execution of Ground development activities
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to remove day-to-day execution obstacles and keep the program on schedule
Identify and drive risks to closure
Communicate and track progress effectively
Negotiate with internal stakeholders and work with international customers on Ground infrastructure development and mission operations
Develop company-wide program management processes and initiatives
Support trade studies, reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), and anomaly resolution efforts

Required

Expertise in developing and managing program schedules and complex interdependencies using tools like Smartsheet or Project
Bachelor of Science (or similar) degree in a related engineering discipline
Strong communication skills, both internal and external facing
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative solutions, and clearly document/communicate tactical plans
>5 years engineering experience on large complex hardware, software and operations programs
>3 years engineering management or project management experience
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required

Preferred

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
Experience in the satellite communication industry or related fields is a plus
Experience with US Government satellite architectures and requirements
