Propark Mobility is an industry-leading company focused on creating the perfect parking moment for every guest. They are seeking a Working Manager who will oversee all aspects of parking operations, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, while developing and training the team.

Responsibilities

Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees

Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses

Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings

Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues

Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports

Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction

Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals

Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client

Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours)

Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client

Required

Previous parking industry experience with a hospitality focus

Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight

Established experience with scheduling and payroll

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business (helpful but not required)

Management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality Industries

Self-sufficient, resourceful, and decisive

Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays

Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
