Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver engaging, real-world learning experiences—labs, projects, and interactive exercises that teach practical skills to our customer developers, architects, and data scientists, aligned with product capabilities and industry best practices

Build and maintain technical content (courses, videos, code packages) optimized for virtual and in-person delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure training reflects the latest platform features

Innovate in instructional design, apply cognitive principles and leverage content and video creation tools (Lucid, Camtasia) to enhance learner engagement

Measure impact by collecting customer feedback and iterating on content to improve effectiveness

Develop training code and applications for AI-driven industry solutions
