Account Executive

Responsibilities
Prospecting and opening new shipper accounts that need reliable logistics partners
Building and managing your own pipeline through cold calls, emails, and networking
Developing sales strategies to hit and exceed gross margin goals
Closing deals by presenting tailored solutions and negotiating terms
Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
Partnering closely with operations to ensure top-tier service
Spotting market trends and new revenue opportunities
Qualification
Required
Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
Comfortable cold calling and hearing 'no' on the way to 'yes'
Strong communicator who can build trust fast
Organized, competitive, and self-driven
Hungry to learn, grow, and make serious money
