Customer Engagement Specialist
Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 40 years, is looking for an energetic, organized and self-starting Customer Engagement Specialist to assist their team. The candidate will work with all departments to provide a high level of customer service and assist in organizing trade shows and sales events.

Responsibilities
Promptly and professionally respond to and maintain communication with prospective clients through phone and email communication
Assist with the organization of trade shows and sales events ensuring events run smoothly
Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by learning our industry, products and process to articulate our value proposition
Assist the members of the sales and other departments as requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of experience in direct customer engagement
Minimum of a High School diploma (GED) and show a steady work history highlighting accomplishments
Strong Computer Skills especially Word/ Excel and database management
Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills
Preferred
College Degree Preferred and relevant experience can be substituted for education
Knowledge of the Rent to Own industry a plus
