Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately process daily merchandise shipments in the POS system
Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment with management
Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficiency and accessibility
Prepare merchandise for floor replenishment and visual presentation
Assist clients on the sales floor, including checkouts, returns, and special orders
Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with initiative and a proactive approach
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused approach
Experience delivering exceptional, customer-focused service
Proficiency in inventory management, including organizing and tracking products effectively
Previous retail or inventory management experience (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
