Responsibilities
Actively follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods to generate and nurture leads
Prepare and manage contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth transaction process
Host open houses to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties
Serve as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless communication and a successful sale
Identify prospective homebuyers and provide personalized guidance on properties that meet their needs and budget
Work closely with clients to buy and sell properties, offering expert advice and support throughout the process
Leverage team-provided leads and resources to maximize sales opportunities
Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve collective goals
Maintain accountability and strive to exceed performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
A minimum of 3 home sales and 1 year of relevant real estate experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful real estate sales
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Colorado Real Estate License required
Ability to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO 80918 before starting work
