Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. (digital marketing, local marketing to local doctors, worker's compensation, personal injury, regenerative medicine)
Digital marketing management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of results
Qualification
Required
Experience and track record in business development and marketing in healthcare
Strong background in operations and marketing
Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer relationship management
Strong understanding of business development principles and strategic planning methodologies
Excellent sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
