Responsibilities
Coordinate backlog readiness and maintain documentation
Support feature delivery, reliability work, and small automations
Analyze alerts/incidents; perform triage and remediation
Contribute to test automation and release readiness
Partner with vendors for SLA compliance and effective escalations
Documents incremental improvements
In-depth understanding within own discipline; awareness of adjacent areas
Working knowledge of test automation, APIs, and integration patterns
Ability to implement routine CI/CD steps and environment configuration
Comfortable estimating and prioritizing work in Agile teams
Advanced use of Azure DevOps/Jira boards and dashboards
Source control and CI/CD pipeline management (variables, approvals)
Intro to automation and IaC (PowerShell/Bash, Terraform)
Observability tools for logs, metrics, and basic dashboards
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years overall IS/IT experience with application and systems development experience
Min 2 years of experience working with third party vendors
A four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or technology related field required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Above average troubleshooting and problem solving skills
