Senior Account Executive, Life Sciences & MedTech

DigiVidBIO is a specialized digital marketing and video agency dedicated to healthcare, life science, MedTech, medical device, and diagnostic brands. The Senior Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, selling integrated campaigns, AI-powered video, and digital advertising solutions to organizations that market to healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an active account list of life science, biotechnology, MedTech, medical device, advanced diagnostics, and healthcare companies, with clear revenue and retention targets
Lead the full sales cycle for DigiVidBIO services, including discovery, solution design, proposals, and contract negotiation for:
Video marketing and AI-powered video solutions
Digital media and advertising (e.g., programmatic, CTV, display, social, search, email, landing pages)
Conference and NPI‑driven campaigns that support HCP and patient engagement
Sell into early-stage and commercial organizations that market to HCPs and patients, aligning solutions to their launch, brand, and demand‑generation objectives
Consistently prospect and build pipeline using a mix of:
Targeted outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
AI-assisted research, list-building, and personalization
Collaboration with DigiVidBIO’s outbound team, who support cold email and calling to book qualified meetings in your ICP
Collaborate on messaging and outreach angles so outbound sequences and call scripts reflect each prospect’s HCP or patient marketing goals and DigiVidBIO’s value proposition
Leverage major industry conferences and events (e.g., ASCO, AHA, AMP, RSNA and others) for meetings, networking, and pipeline generation
Develop strategic account plans for top accounts, including stakeholder maps, competitive landscape, and growth strategies
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, expanding across product areas and business units
Collaborate closely with internal strategy, client services, creative, AI, and production teams to scope programs, set expectations, and ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution
Stay engaged as a strategic point of contact on key accounts post‑launch to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Client Services
Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ target HCP and patient audiences, including how NPI‑level targeting, omnichannel campaigns, and tailored creative can improve engagement and business outcomes
Forecast pipeline, track performance against quota, and maintain accurate CRM documentation for all opportunities and accounts

Qualification

Required

3–7+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, diagnostics, or related sectors
Experience selling solutions into VP/Director‑level Marketing, Commercial, Brand, Digital, or HCP/Patient Engagement leaders at biotech, MedTech, medical device, or diagnostic companies; direct experience selling digital / campaign‑based services into these buyers is strongly preferred, but high‑performing sellers from adjacent healthtech or SaaS roles will be considered
Clear history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas and expansion targets in a complex B2B environment
Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising (programmatic, CTV, display, social, search, email, landing pages) and how video content accelerates engagement and conversions
Proven consultative selling skills: ability to translate complex offerings—such as NPI-based targeting, omnichannel HCP engagement, and AI-powered video storytelling—into clear business value and outcomes
Demonstrated AI-native sales behavior: regularly uses AI for research, account planning, list-building, and outreach, and is comfortable experimenting with new tools and incorporating them into daily workflow
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal creative, production, and client services teams
Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment, with strong ownership of territory planning, account expansion, and relationship management

Preferred

Direct experience selling digital marketing, media, or campaign-based services (e.g., at a healthcare marketing agency, HCP media network, martech/healthtech platform, or communications firm) to marketing and commercial leaders in life sciences
Prior experience at a healthcare or life‑science marketing/advertising agency, medical communications firm, or HCP media company
Experience selling into Oncology, Rare Disease, Diagnostics, and MedTech brands
Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations (e.g., FDA promotional guidelines, fair balance, HIPAA when applicable)
