Senior Account Executive, Life Sciences & MedTech

DigiVidBIO is a specialized digital marketing and video agency dedicated to healthcare, life science, MedTech, and diagnostic brands. The Senior Account Executive will own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, focusing on selling integrated campaigns and digital advertising solutions to organizations that market to healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an active account list of life science, biotechnology, MedTech, medical device, advanced diagnostics, and healthcare companies, with clear revenue and retention targets
Lead the full sales cycle for DigiVidBIO services, including discovery, solution design, proposals, and contract negotiation for video marketing, digital advertising, branding, and AI-powered video solutions
Develop strategic account plans for top accounts, including stakeholder maps, competitive landscape, and 12–24 month growth strategies
Partner with DigiVidBIO’s outbound team, who provide targeted prospecting support through cold email campaigns and outbound calling to help book qualified meetings within your ideal life science, MedTech, diagnostics, and healthcare accounts
Collaborate on messaging and outreach angles so outbound sequences and call scripts reflect each prospect’s HCP or patient marketing goals and DigiVidBIO’s value proposition
Leverage major industry conferences and events (e.g., ASCO, AHA, AMP, RSNA, and others) for meetings, networking, and pipeline generation
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, expanding into additional brands, franchises, indications, or business units
Sell into early-stage and commercial organizations that market to HCPs and patients, aligning solutions to their launch, brand, and demand-generation objectives
Collaborate closely with internal strategy, client services, creative, and production teams to scope programs, set expectations, and ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution
Stay engaged as a strategic point of contact on key accounts post-launch to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Client Services
Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ target HCP and patient audiences, including how NPI-level targeting, omnichannel campaigns, and tailored creative can improve engagement and business outcomes
Forecast pipeline, track performance against quota, and maintain accurate CRM documentation for all opportunities and accounts

Required

3–7+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, diagnostics, or related sectors; agency, martech, media, or SaaS background is a plus
History of meeting or exceeding annual quotas and expansion targets in a complex B2B sales environment
Proven success selling to marketing, product marketing, or commercial leaders at biotech, MedTech, medical device, or diagnostic companies, especially where the end audience is HCPs or patients
Experience selling to VPs and Directors of Marketing, Commercial, Brand, or Digital, as well as product marketing leads within life sciences and MedTech organizations
Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising (e.g., programmatic, CTV, display, social, search, email, and landing pages) and how video content accelerates engagement and conversions
Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance considerations (e.g., FDA promotional guidelines, fair balance, HIPAA when applicable)
Consultative, strategic seller who can translate complex offerings—such as NPI-based targeting, omnichannel HCP engagement, and video storytelling—into clear business value and outcomes
Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment, with strong ownership of territory planning, account expansion, and relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal creative, production, and client services teams
