Qualification
Required
Experience in HVAC office management, especially with small businesses
Understanding of HVAC business operations and industry challenges
Skilled with tools like QuickBooks, Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan
Highly organized and can manage multiple priorities effectively
Clear communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, even remotely
Comfortable with technology and excited about integrating AI into your workflow
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple businesses simultaneously
A knack for process improvement and optimizing workflows
